Formed by musicians with a long trajectory in the Mexican music scene, Raices Folk Trio's director Carlos Garcia has been playing for over 25 years with the top exponents of Mexican music such as Lila Downs,Eugenia Leon among many others.
Raices Folk Trio aims to promote and disseminate the folk and popular music of Mexico and various genres of Latin America. This trio has performed in various forums and theatres in Mexico City, Monterrey, Aguascalientes, Morelia, Cuernavaca, Acapulco, Pachuca and Veracruz.
